notice something different?

our brave little girl let daddy pull her baby tooth out.  no muss no fuss, what a trooper she is. i asked her how much money the tooth fairy was going to bring her, her reply was "ten dollars". talk about inflation!

oh, and did we mention that her last day of pre-school was yesterday? she's now, officially, a kindergardener.  we're so proud of our little darling.

own my own company that provides off-road jeep tours to annelids.

sophie has been begging to get her haircut "short" for a while.  she's sick of me having to continually comb through the snarls.  i finally gave in, figuring she'd want a new 'do to go with her new smile (next week she's having a baby tooth extracted - the big 'un is coming in directly behind it and not loosening the baby one at all).  look for pics of her new smile next week.

a little mother's day tradition we have is to plant flowers for our patio.  unfortunately, we had to do it a week later because of the cold/rain.  but better late than never, right? but since, the weather's been fantastic and the seeds are already starting to sprout!

in between ben's cataclysmic meltdowns, i was able to snap a few shots... they had "blue man group" instruments for the kids to play.  obviously, the bubble tables were a BIG hit!!
